Here are three advantages of being a B Corp. 

1 Puts your money where your mouth is. Becoming a certified B Corp is a rigorous process but shows who are legitimate about their commitment to people and the planet. The verification separates those who are providing lip service from those who are the real deal. 

2 Attracting new and better talent. Do you have trouble recruiting new talent? 40% of millennials want to work for businesses that have a positive effect on the planet. Beyond this, B Corps are 5.3 times more likely to retain those millennial employees. Being part of a B Corp fosters pride in your work. 

3 Attract conscious consumers. The world is changing at a rapid rate. Consumers are becoming increasingly conscious of buying ethically. There is pressure rising for business to become more ethical and put their money where their mouth is. Also, these types of consumers are more willing to pay more for ethical goods. As we move (hopefully) into a more conscious society, being a B Corp gives you a reputation for having historic ethical practices and using your business for good.
