Hi Nick,

Here is some relevant work we thought you would like! >>

Meet Phil Kingston, an 82 year old superhero who’s been arrested 8 times in the last four months for good reason. We met Phil Kingston out on the streets (seemingly his native habitat), and felt we had to capture his irrepressible energy and important message.

Phil formed the group ‘Grandparents for a safe earth’ which is a bit like his own ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ with other elders who want to ensure their grandchildren inherit a hospitable planet, before teaming up with Extinction Rebellion for a string of protests.

The video clocked up over 500,000 organic views and encouraged urgent conversation about protest, mobilising, and protecting the future of our planet.

Following our two previous films for Hackett London, we took some of the top skydivers in Europe to Portugal to attempt to mix a cocktail in freefall whilst immaculately attired in Hackett’s splash and crease proof suits.

Everything in the film happened for real (apart from a little topping up for the shaker before pouring, due to spillage on the way down). Filmed in 4K video, we pushed the limits of skydiving camerawork by attaching a far larger camera to the head of the cameraman than usual, then proceeded to throw him and the team out of a plane 14 times in Southern Portugal.

Parental raps are now a genre of their own on YouTube but no-one had acknowledged the hardships faced by new mums …until ‘The Motherhood’. Together with Fiat’s creative agency Krow, Rubber Republic made sure this voice was heard, writing lyrics, music and casting the perfect rapping mum to capture the realities of the transition to parenting.

And it was a voice that seemed to resonate. This is one of the most shared videos we have ever made. And the video continues to get sustained views and sharing way after it was released.

We equipped two Audi RS4 Avants with bonnet mounted replica paintball machine guns, hired two of the top stunt drivers in the UK (who once doubled for lead characters in a film set in a galaxy far far away…) and had a paintball fight in a military aircraft hangar.

Through natural viral spreading, and with no media spend to kick it off, the film reached 1.2 million views and mountains of critical acclaim in just one week.
