Content Left Sad Keanu
It all started with a paparazzi snap of Keanu Reeves eating a sandwich on a park bench, and then after a random posting by a user on content-sharing site Reddit entitled "Keanu. More sadness in comments", the sad Keanu meme gathered serious momentum as photoshoppers around the world started mashing up the original photo and placing the sandwich-eating Keanu in ever-increasingly bizarre scenarios. After just a month, Sad Keanu has now entered into the annals of meme history with his very own website www.sad-keanu.com, Twitter account and dedicated YouTube fan video and song. All proof that the most obscure event can trigger a meme-avalanche. Thanks to Urlesque for the tip.
