		<description>I don&#039;t believe the big companies shouldn&#039;t partake in the joys of Social Media, but hey, if they dont wanna join the party wagon, thats absolutely fine! In this case its the less the merrier! This way the smaller companies can take that section of the market for themselves and who knows, one day they could actually being poaching more customers from the big guys... 

So, the big companies take note.</description>

Could it be that large multi-nationals need to use social media platforms (like www.yammer.com) internally as a starting point- through that empowerment of the work force they can steer their company towards the ethical mecca as well as perhaps generating positive word-of-mouth via their workforce.

And if you&#039;re too scared to allow internal dialogue? You need to start being nicer to your employees.....;-)</description>
