If you dont like people slagging off work there is a simple solution...make work that the majority like and they wont slag it off... but when rubbish like the PUBLICIS campaign gets made people vent their real feelings towards it... The way to defeat trolling is make better content (and come on guys, print this comment, its got no trolling in it after all) but, the internet is the unique place where trolling and slagging off stuff you dont like is the NORM.
