This afternoon we got in a bit of a pickle over some legal questions around some proposals we were working on for a (potential) client.

A bit of desk research led us to a very informative page from law firm Pinsent Masons called Out Law all about issues around running competitions with regards to them being gambling/gaming/lotteries etc…

We weren’t totally sure so got in touch with them directly and within half an hour had a clear answer to our problem. Well done them- they’re now in our top 3 law firms to go to when we want to spend lots of cash on law-based things….
